I ordered a M for my Frenchie. Hes currently 15 lbs so def has room for when he grows.

I can't find 1 negative, love this jacket! We have a puppy who loves the water but gets tired.. he really can relax and have fun in the water safely wearing this jacket and lots if room to grow

This is the cutest life vest! It was snug on our French bulldog even with the measurements, so size up. He was not a fan of trying to swim in the water with it and had a tough time staying above the water, we stayed with him the whole time to keep him up with the handle.

We have not used it in water just tried on at home. It looks snug and comfortable on him. He is skinny boy and his hair was recently cut. Adjusting straps are easy and quality seems decent. Can't comment on how it floats and safety on the water yet.
